Our Story

BrightGo’s founders come from tech companies like Meta, Stripe, and Asana, where intuitive, data-driven software is the norm. As they spoke with owners and got to know the industry, they saw a clear gap: the tools in use were outdated, clunky, and unable to handle the operational complexity that BSCs face every day.

To build the right solution, the founders spoke with hundreds of janitorial business owners—listening closely to their challenges and learning how the work really gets done. BrightGo was founded to bring modern, purpose-built tools to an industry that’s been overlooked for too long. Our platform helps janitorial teams automate manual work, gain real-time visibility, and improve operations to protect margins and drive sustainable growth.
